SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • All standard, free standard and small item shipping orders require 2-5 business days to process prior to shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

  • The estimated shipping item begins once your order has finished processing.

  • Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will get an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.

  • Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update.

  • Please allow extra shipping time during sales periods and holiday seasons.

  • Orders placed on Friday or holidays will not be processed until the next business day as our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.

  • Any issues with express orders MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cascade Mercantile is not responsible for any LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN packages. Cascade Mercantile is not responsible for any delays due to local shipping disruptions.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Domestic orders may take 2 weeks for delivery. 

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
